Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various business verticals.

- Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and highlight key business drivers.

- Prepare management dashboards, variance analyses, and investment evaluation reports.

- Develop KPI tracking mechanisms to measure operational and financial performance.

- Conduct scenario analysis, cost-benefit reviews, and sensitivity modeling for new initiatives.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and strategy teams to ensure data accuracy and insight consistency.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format.

Candidate Profile:

Criteria Details:

- Education : MBA (Finance / Strategy / Analytics) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Experience: 3-5 years in business finance, FP&A, analytics, or management consulting

- Skills Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, financial modeling, and presentation skills

- Attributes Analytical mindset, storytelling through data, attention to detail, and business curiosity

- Preferred Background - Candidates from infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities, or diversified business groups preferred
