Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team at our office in Gift City, Gandhinagar. The role is ideal for a fresher CA who is looking to build a long-term career in financial management within a leading MNC Bank. Candidates with prior audit experience during their Articleship will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory returns, internal MIS, and management reports

- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams

- Assist in audit-related documentation and support statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives in the Finance function

Eligibility & Preferred Background:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (0-1 year post-qualification experience)

- Articleship experience with reputed CA firms, preferably with exposure to audit or financial reporting

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial principles, and regulatory frameworks

- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
