We are looking for a Collection Director to lead our pan-India collections strategy across multiple lending partners and geographies.

This is a leadership role that blends deep operational expertise with data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and scale collection operations across digital, field, and legal recovery channels.

- Drive performance across early & late-stage buckets (DPD 30-90+).

- Collaborate with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) and internal teams (credit, tech, legal).

- Build & mentor high-performing field and tele-calling teams.

- Leverage tech & analytics to reduce bounce rates and improve resolution timelines.

Who You Are:

- 7+ years of experience in SME lending collections (preferably unsecured/business loans).

- Proven track record of managing pan-India portfolios across delinquencies.

- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on with MIS, dashboards, and partner coordination.

- Passionate about fintech, MSME lending, and making a real impact.
