TAbout FinAGG

FinAGG Technologies is a Noida-headquartered MSME-focused fintech building India's most comprehensive supply-chain credit infrastructure. We operate three integrated businesses:

- FameScore (TSP): RBI-authorised Specified User credit intelligence platform powering MSME risk decisioning across the ecosystem.

- FinAGG Services (LSP): Lending Service Provider partnering with 20+ banks and NBFCs to originate, underwrite and service MSME credit at scale.

- QCF Capital (NBFC-ND): Our own RBI-registered NBFC, delivering Tier-1, Tier-2 and SME credit lines, channel finance and structured working capital products.

We are backed by SIDBI, Prime Venture Partners, BLinC Invest, BlueOrchard and Tata Capital, and are pursuing India's first MSME-specialised Credit Information Company (CIC) licence. The CBO will be central to scaling the business engine that monetises this multi-layered platform.

The Opportunity

This is a P&L-owning, board-visible leadership mandate. The CBO will own the entire business of FinAGG - every rupee disbursed, every anchor activated, every fee earned. The role sits at the intersection of three large flywheels: anchor-led distribution at scale (Tier-1 & Tier-2 corporates), high-velocity SME originations, and a dual-engine balance sheet (QCF own-book + 20+ lender partners via LSP).

The right candidate will have run a large, multi-product lending or payments business at an NBFC or fintech and is now looking for the next big build - an institutionally-backed, regulator-aligned, AI-first MSME platform with a clear path to category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Full Business P&L

- End-to-end revenue ownership across all three business lines - Tier-1 anchor channel finance, Tier-2 mid-market financing, and direct SME lending.

- Hit disbursement, AUM, revenue and contribution-margin targets across QCF (own-book) and LSP (partner-lender) channels.

- Build and defend the annual operating plan; own monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews to the CEO, ExCo and Board.

2. Anchor Acquisition & Penetration

- Lead acquisition of Tier-1 and Tier-2 anchors across priority verticals - FMCG, building materials, paints, auto components, consumer durables, pharma, and industrial supplies.

- Drive deep penetration within signed anchors - measured by spoke (dealer/distributor/vendor) activation rates, share-of-wallet on financeable trade, and programme expansion into adjacent flows (vendor finance, dealer finance, retailer finance, sales finance).

- Own CXO and CFO-level relationships at anchor corporates; partner with Sales Heads to convert relationships into multi-year programmes.

3. SME Origination, Churn & Limit Utilisation

- Drive SME originations through anchor-led pull, direct SME sales, and digital/embedded channels.

- Own utilisation of sanctioned limits - convert sanctioned book into disbursed book and disbursed book into recurring churn.

- Reduce SME drop-off and dormant limit ratios; partner with Product, Risk and Tech to remove friction at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

- Drive cross-sell into the existing SME base - LAP, business loans, GST OD, Purchase Invoice Financing, SmartLine OD, and subscription-led products.

4. Lender Partnership & LSP Business

- Own the demand-side relationship with 20+ partner banks and NBFCs sourcing through FinAGG's LSP - including PSBs, large private banks, and specialised NBFCs.

- Negotiate commercial constructs - origination fees, servicing fees, FLDG terms, tech fees and reciprocity arrangements that maximise FinAGG yield without compromising portfolio quality.

- Drive lender-level book health, FLDG settlement discipline, and renewal/expansion of co-lending and BaaS arrangements.

5. Portfolio Quality - DPD, Collections & Risk Partnership

- Co-own portfolio quality with the Head of Risk & Collections - accountable for DPD buckets, NPA trends, and early-warning interventions on both QCF and LSP books.

- Embed risk-aware selling discipline across the sales force; ensure incentive structures reward sustainable, quality originations and not just volume.

- Drive the operating cadence between Sales, Credit and Collections to ensure issues are surfaced and resolved at speed.

6. Fee, Commission & Subscription Revenue

- Maximise the full fee stack - lender-paid commissions (origination, servicing, processing), borrower-paid SF/PF, technology fees, and subscription-led revenue from the SME base.

- Build and protect pricing discipline across both QCF own-book yields and LSP partner economics.

- Own the dual-track fee structure (QCF vs. non-QCF lenders, including the FameScore Tech Fee) and continuously optimise it.

7. Team Building & Leadership

- Lead, mentor and scale a multi-layered commercial organisation - Enterprise Sales, SME Sales, Retail & Insurance, Anchor Success, Key Account Management and Inside Sales.

- Build a high-performance culture grounded in numbers, customer obsession and ethical selling.

- Partner with the CEO, CTO, CFO, CRO and other ExCo members to align business goals with product, tech, risk, compliance and capital strategy.

8. Strategic & Institutional Mandate

- Represent FinAGG at industry forums, lender councils, regulator engagements (RBI, SIDBI, IBA) and investor interactions on all business and distribution topics.

- Contribute to FinAGG's long-range strategy - including CIC ambition, international expansion (Indonesia, Dubai, Nepal), AI-first automation and bank/PSB partnership programmes.

Key Performance Indicators

- Disbursements and AUM across QCF (own-book) and LSP (partner-book).

- Number of active anchors and anchor-level penetration (active spokes / signed spokes).

- Limit utilisation rate, churn velocity, and dormant-limit ratio across the SME book.

- DPD and NPA performance across all books (co-owned with Risk).

- Fee and commission revenue - lender-paid + borrower-paid (SF/PF) + subscription revenue.

- Contribution margin and unit economics by product, channel and lender.

- Lender wallet share and renewal/expansion of partner arrangements.

Who You Are

Experience

- 15+ years of progressive experience in lending, payments or fintech, with a substantial portion at an NBFC, bank or large-scale fintech.

- Has owned a multi-hundred-crore (and ideally multi-thousand-crore) lending or payments P&L- at scale, across India.

- Deep experience in at least one of: SME / MSME lending, supply chain finance, channel finance, working capital, business loans, or merchant credit.

- Strong exposure to lender (bank/NBFC) partnerships - co-lending, FLDG, DA, LSP/BC arrangements, or BaaS constructs.

- Track record of building, scaling and leading large field and inside-sales organisations across India.

Skills & Mindset

- Commercially sharp - instinctively thinks in terms of yield, unit economics, fee stack, and capital efficiency.

- Comfortable holding both top-of-funnel (anchor signings, lender deals) and bottom-of-funnel (DPD, utilisation, collections discipline) accountabilities.

- Pattern-matches well between CXO/CFO conversations at anchor corporates and ground-level dealer/distributor/SME realities.

- Regulator-aware - understands the RBI framework around NBFC lending, co-lending, LSP/DLG rules, fair-practices code and digital lending guidelines.

- Builder mindset- has done zero-to-one or one-to-ten at some stage, not only steady-state stewardship of a mature franchise.

- Operates with integrity and intellectual honesty; raises issues early; comfortable in the discomfort of a high-growth founder-led environment.

Education

- MBA / PGDM from a top-tier institution preferred, or equivalent professional track record. CA / CFA / engineering background is a plus.

What We Offer

- A founding-team-level mandate at one of India's most ambitious MSME fintech platforms institutionally backed, regulator-aligned, and structurally profitable.

- Ownership of a full business P&L spanning own-book NBFC, LSP partnerships and tech-led credit intelligence.

- Direct partnership with the CEO, ExCo and Board; high visibility with marquee investors (SIDBI, Prime, BLinC, BlueOrchard, Tata Capital).

- A platform from which to build a category-defining MSME credit franchise and a credible path to India's first MSME-specialised Credit Information Company.
