Sales Manager SID/PID
Job Description:
- Drive Sales for invoice discounting loan product and OD.
- Identify and engage with Trader's and DSA network for sourcing and lead generations.
- Strong ability to build the distributor's channel to increase the leads.
- Develop a sales pipeline through lead generation, Referrals, and market research.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of PID and OD.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
- Liaison with internal stake holders /Tele calling team in driving customer lead generation activity and closures.
- Having strong knowledge about the OD and invoice selling products.
- Understanding about the market competition and the customer requirements.
- Having strong background and deep knowledge about the target base for sourcing the Invoice financing products.
Performance Management:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on product features, industry developments, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business finance, or related field ( MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, especially in financial products like, Invoice discounting, loans and Overdrafts.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially PID and OD.
- Goal oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the given territory.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
- Knowledge about CRM tools and MS office.
