Role and Responsibilities:

- Seeking a CA & CS qualified finance leader with 8-16 years of experience.

- This role combines Finance & Accounts leadership, client-facing engagement, and team management, driving financial integrity, business partnership, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Finance & Accounts: Accounting, month-end close, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, cash flow, and treasury.

- Client & Commercial Partnering: Support deal structuring, pricing, profitability analysis, and client reporting.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, ensuring project and corporate profitability.

- Ensure compliance and governance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team across functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA & CS mandatory.

- Strong experience in team leadership, client engagement, and commercial finance.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial judgment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in ERP systems and financial modeling.

- High integrity and ability to thrive in a dynamic creative environment.

- Experience: Atleast 8+ years of working experience with a mix of consulting and B2C, entertainment, startups.

- Client handing: Ability to manage high pressure situations with the client, including third party relationships on behalf of the client.

- Team handling: Ability to handle large teams with mix of experience/ in-experienced as well as qualified/ unqualified professionals.

- Communication: Required to have a good command on Hindi and English.
