Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience. The Finance Controller will ensure financial discipline, compliance, and strategic support for promoters, while financial reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

- Oversee accounting, MIS, and statutory reporting.

- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis.

- Present financial insights to promoters and directors for strategic decisions.

2. Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (taxation, GST, ROC filings, audits).

- Liaise with statutory auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization.

- Support promoters in evaluating new projects, investments, and expansion plans.

4. Process Improvement:

- Streamline finance processes.

- Implement ERP/finance systems and best practices in reporting.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with operations, HR, and compliance teams.

- Provide financial guidance to promoters on strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

1. Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

2. Experience: 8-10 years post-qualification, preferably with exposure to group structures or diversified businesses.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, corporate law, ERP/finance software, and advanced Excel.

4. Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive communicator, and capable of managing group-level finance.
