Program Manager
Description:
About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Project Operations Team.
Project Conceptualization & Design
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative project proposals across assigned thematic areas.
- Conduct research, needs assessments, and stakeholder consultations to identify social challenges and design impactful interventions.
- Prepare comprehensive project documents, including concept notes, proposals, log frames, budgets, and implementation plans aligned with donor requirements and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Liaise with corporate partners, funding agencies, NGOs, and government stakeholders for project approvals and ongoing collaboration.
- Ensure regular communication with clients and partners for project updates, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the organization in external meetings, donor reviews, and partnership forums.
Project Implementation & Monitoring
- Oversee on-ground project execution as per the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with field teams, implementing partners, and other internal departments to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting, data analysis, and field visits.
- Prepare and review periodic progress reports, success stories, and case studies.
Evaluation & Impact Assessment
- Support in developing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and performance indicators.
- Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes, identify learnings, and recommend improvements for future interventions.
- Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learned from ongoing projects.
Organizational & Strategic Support
- Contribute to organizational strategy by identifying emerging opportunities and thematic trends.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for project teams and implementing partners.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Project Operations related to project execution, partnership management, or institutional development.

- Timely development and submission of project proposals and reports.
- Successful project execution as per approved plans and budgets.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

- Compliance with donor and organizational quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in managing projects under Health, Education, or Livelihood thematic areas.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- High degree of professionalism and commitment to social development values
