The key result areas (KRAs) include:.
Technical Engagement & Research Design:.
Collaborate with corporations and stakeholders to understand project requirements and actively participate in technical discussions to define research objectives and methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative studies.
Indicator Identification & Evaluation:.
Lead the process of identifying, evaluating, and finalizing key performance indicators and research objectives aligned with project goals.
Proposal Development:.
Design and develop comprehensive proposals for Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and Need Assessment studies, including frameworks, procedures, data collection tools, and questionnaires.
Capacity Building:.
Lead the training and capacity development of data collection teams, ensuring clarity on methodologies, tools, and ethical guidelines.
Tool Development & Digitalization:.
Oversee tool translation, finalization of skip patterns, and validation checks, and ensure seamless conversion of paper-based questionnaires into digital formats such as CAPI or other suitable platforms.
Implementation & Execution:.
Drive the execution of MEL activities as per project requirements, ensuring timely data collection, adherence to protocols, and efficient field operations.
Data Management & Analysis:.
Supervise data review processes, including cleaning, validation, and analysis, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of datasets.
Reporting:.
Lead the preparation of high-quality reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders and corporate partners.
Consultant & Stakeholder Management:.
Effectively manage external consultants and internal teams as required, fostering collaboration, performance tracking, and alignment with project objectives.
