Description:

Scope of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Lead to spearhead business development initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the HR services and consulting space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and handling international customers.

Main Responsibility and Activities:

- Identify new business opportunities across sectors for HR solutions including staffing, EOR, payroll, compliance.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of international clients and convert prospects into long-term accounts.

- Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each geography.

- Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Delivery, Finance) to create client proposals and pricing models.

- Ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives.

- Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, leads, proposals, and closures.

- Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership.

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).

- 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing roles.

- Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and manage key accounts.

- Has proven experience in handling international customers as part of the sales process.

- Preferred to have a Strong understanding of HR services (payroll, staffing, EOR, HR tech, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

- Network within HR or business leadership community.

- Experience in selling to mid-sized and large enterprises.
