Assistant Finance Manager (Only Female) We are looking to hire an assistant finance manager with excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities. She should have a deep commercial awareness, strong foundations of accounts and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. Main Responsibility and Activities : - Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast - Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action - Maintain the financial health of the organization by making sure costs are in control and taking decisions proactively - Oversee payroll runs to ensure that all inputs are considered accordingly o Coordinate with auditors to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner - Manage all accounting operations including invoicing, AR AP, cash flow analysis and revenue recognition - Prepare and publish timely monthly/quarterly financial statements - Ensure compliance with government reporting and assist in tax filing (GST, income taxes) - Ensure that proper cash management practices and controls are in place - Assist in completing the audits - Liaising with clients, individuals, and businesses. - Assign responsibilities and make sure the work is performed meeting all the timelines. - Prepare monthly financial reports. Education Qualification & Skills Required : - CA/ACCA license (CA/ACCA finalist can be considered for exceptional candidates) - 5+ years of working experience in finance department (Preferably 2+ years in CA firm and Start up environment). - Ability to work independently and manage the team - Strong fundamental knowledge, strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. - Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Zoho books/ Quick books etc.
