Financial Operations: - Managing all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. - Managing cash flow and optimizing the organization's financial assets. - Overseeing the company's finance IT system. Risk Management: - Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments. - Evaluating and managing the organization's capital structure and fundraising initiatives. - Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
