Fields of Purity - Chief Financial Officer

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

- Monitoring financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying and addressing variances.

Financial Operations:

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Managing cash flow and optimizing the organization's financial assets.

- Overseeing the company's finance IT system.

Risk Management:

- Evaluating and managing the organization's capital structure and fundraising initiatives.

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Leadership & Communication:

- Building and leading the finance and accounting team.

- Managing relationships with external financial partners, including investors, auditors, and banks.

- Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.

Other Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising finance personnel, such as controllers, financial advisors, and treasurers.

- Preparing and presenting forecasting reports.

- Ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

- Overseeing HR operations in coordination with external service providers.
