Field Marketing Manager (Events management, International)

Key Requirements:

- Must have 4+ years of experience in Field Marketing / Event Marketing roles within B2B SaaS companies (Fintech, RevOps, Finance software strongly preferred)

- Must have end-to-end ownership of global events, including planning, execution, and post-event reporting for small (20-30 pax) to large-scale (100+ pax) events

- Must have hands-on experience independently organizing international events (Preferred US) including vendor coordination, logistics, branding, and on-ground execution

- Must have independently managed event budgets, including forecasting, cost control, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking

- Must have prior experience working in small or lean marketing teams, with high ownership and minimal support

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident representing the brand at global events.

- Must be willing and open to travel to the US in future for events as required

Role & Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Execution:

- Own the brand calendar, field marketing strategy, and (online + offline) event budget

- Research, evaluate, and finalize field marketing opportunities (conferences, summits, dinners, workshops, webinars, demo days) across key markets in the US

- Negotiate sponsorships, booth packages, and speaking slots with event organizers

- Ideate creative engagement strategies for events: unique booth experiences, interactive demos, memorable swag, networking activations that make Zenskar stand out

Own end-to-end event logistics across all formats:

- In-person (venue, F&B, AV/tech, swag, print collateral, on-ground coordination) and

- Online (platform selection, driving registration, speaker rehearsals, production, Q&A moderation, recording)

- Create comprehensive event playbooks: run-of-show documents, founder briefings, speaker prep calls, target account lists

- Be the visible spokesperson -present our product and story at events, demo days, and webinars

- Coordinate with SDRs pre/post-event to drive attendance and demo conversions

- Track and report event ROI: pipeline generated, ICP meetings booked, brand visibility metrics

Partnerships, Community & Thought Leadership

- Build relationships with finance communities (Finance Alliance, FSuite, Operators Guild, GrowCFO, FIF Collective) and identify co-marketing opportunities

- Manage analyst relationships with Gartner, Forrester, MGI Research; own inquiry processes and briefing cycles

- Evaluate hosting our own podcast and secure guest appearances for founders on industry podcasts

Content & Promotion:

- Collaborate with PMM to create event-specific content: brochures, case study one-pagers, conference decks, booth signage, analyst briefings

- Own social media strategy for events, thought leadership, and founder branding: create promotional posts, publish post-event recaps, and build the founders' personal brands across platforms
