Role Overview:

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing field marketing events and initiatives across international markets. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support sales objectives. This role directly impacts the company's ability to expand its market presence and acquire new customers in key international regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans for international regions, aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.

- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, speaker coordination, and budget management, ensuring seamless and impactful experiences.

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored event strategies to engage key prospects and accelerate deal closure.

- Create and manage pre- and post-event communication plans to maximize attendance, engagement, and lead generation.

- Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future events and demonstrate ROI.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality event execution and cost-effectiveness.

- Adapt marketing materials and messaging to resonate with local audiences and cultural nuances in different international markets.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing events, conferences, and trade shows in international markets.

- Strong understanding of marketing communications principles and best practices, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
