Senior Relationship Manager | Current AC & TFX (AVP)
Description:
- Drive acquisition of high-value Current Account customers through sales and referrals.
- Generate revenue through FX, Trade Finance, Treasury, and other transaction banking products.
- Work closely with product and credit teams to structure solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to review business needs, account performance, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure wallet share enhancement through sale of CMS, POS, Payment Gateway, Treasury, and Lending products.
- Serve as a single point of contact for client servicing and issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned business volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for Current Account and TFX business.
- Monitor account activity to ensure compliance, profitability, and adherence to KYC / AML norms.
- Regularly review portfolio for credit health and transaction behavior.
- Ensure activation and utilization of trade and forex limits.
- Partner with internal stakeholders Trade, Treasury, CMS, Credit, and Lending teams for product delivery and deal closures.
- Cross-sell term loans, working capital, insurance, and investment products.
- Drive digital channel adoption among clients (Net Banking, CMS, APIs, etc.
- Ensure all documentation, onboarding, and transactions comply with bank policies and RBI regulations.
- Monitor customer activities to identify any red flags related to compliance or operational risk.
