Purpose of the Role:The Client Reporting Solutions Manager will support the overall governance, operational readiness, and change initiatives within Global Client Reporting.
This role partners closely with the Client Reporting Solutions Lead and global stakeholders to strengthen controls, deliver reporting transformation, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities::Change, Transformation & Insights:- Partner with the Client Reporting Solutions Lead to deliver reporting change projects with technology and Operations teams.
- Analyse complex reporting requirements and assess impacts on operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive efficiency.
- Ideate new ways of continuous improvements in day-to-day job.
- Provide high-quality management reporting and performance insights for senior leadership.
Risk, Governance & Controls:- Support the client reporting control environment, including risk assessment and data oversight activities.
- Contribute to governance forums, internal audits, controls testing, compliance reviews, due diligence requests, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with broader stakeholders and colleagues globally to ensure compliance monitoring activities are executed effectively.
Operational Delivery:- Support report preparation and delivery for Europe, UK, and APAC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Own assigned reporting tasks and monitor workflow inboxes to ensure relevant queries are actioned promptly.
- Maintain and enhance procedures, ensuring documentation remains comprehensive and current.
Skills & Experience Required:Technical Expertise:- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment funds, and market concepts.
- Client Reporting experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in reporting data, data derivations, and data governance.
- Advanced MS Excel and strong MS PowerPoint capabilities; including ability to develop clear, concise & compelling story lines for senior management.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience And Qualification:- Any Masters degree; MBA with Engineering background.
- Minimum 10 years experience with 8+ years in Funds / Investment Banking domain.
