Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale P&C insurance programs, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.

- Provide strategic direction and delivery oversight across multiple portfolios, including policy administration, claims, and billing.

- Drive operational excellence, resource planning, project governance, and risk management.

- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align delivery outcomes with business goals.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

- Oversee implementations and enhancements on major P&C platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.

- Enable continuous improvement through process optimization, best practices, and quality frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 17-18+ years of IT services experience, with significant delivery leadership responsibilities.

- 8-10 years of strong domain experience in P&C Insurance, covering policy admin, claims, and billing.

- 5-7 years in senior or executive delivery leadership roles.

- Proven success in managing large-scale insurance platform programs (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.).

- Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.

- Strong ability to manage distributed teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
