Fidelitus - Commercial Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and oversee leasing strategies for commercial assets to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

- Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle including prospecting, client engagement, site tours, term negotiations, contract closures, and renewals.

- Identify and onboard anchor tenants to enhance property positioning and value.

- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to optimize pricing and portfolio strategy.

Stakeholder & Broker Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and local channel partners.

- Drive continuous pipeline development through broker networks and corporate relationships.

- Represent the organization in broker events, industry forums, and client discussions.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor the leasing and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of leasing deliverables.

- Align leasing strategies with organizational business objectives and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project Teams.

Client Engagement & Communication:

- Engage confidently with CXO-level clients, corporate occupiers, and business heads.

- Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiation reports to management and stakeholders.

- Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.

- Proven track record in leasing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial assets.

- Strong broker network including associations with IPCs (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.).

- Leadership experience at Head / VP level or second-in-command role in a large real estate organization.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to strategize, execute, and manage high-value leasing deals.
