Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and support organization growth across key industry sectors. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge and a techno-commercial mindset, with proven exposure engaging EPC contracts and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.

- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities through structured BD initiatives.

- Conduct market research on upcoming projects and evaluate opportunities in government, PSU, and private sectors.

- Engage in techno-commercial discussions with consultants, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders.

- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies.

- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Track bids, proposals, RFQs, and ongoing project opportunities.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting project documentation for BD activities.

- Support management in achieving business growth goals and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech) preferred.

- 8-13 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in engineering, EPC, power, or infrastructure sectors.

- Strong understanding of industrial & infrastructure project cycles.

- Excellent communication, presentation & client relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
