Desirable Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing
Age: Preferably below 45 years
Languages Known: English, Hindi
Work Experience: 5 to 10 years in relevant field
- Looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital and social media efforts.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital marketing strategies and content creation.
- This role will be crucial in expanding Fertis online presence and reaching customers, including farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural influencers, through digital channels.
1. Digital Strategy Development & Execution:
- Create digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email, content marketing) to increase brand visibility and reach last-mile customers in the agricultural sector.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster a community around our brand and increase customer loyalty.
- Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and other digital assets that support customer engagement and lead generation efforts.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI.
8. Budgeting & ROI:
- Set KPIs and track performance against goals, using analytics to guide decisions and optimize campaigns.
