Key Responsibility
- Service Excellence: Design and implement patient-centric strategies that elevate the overall healthcare experience, from hospitality and facility aesthetics to addressing patient escalations and feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to minimize process bottlenecks, streamline resource utilization, and drive high-quality outcomes.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Spearhead accreditation preparations (e.g., NABH, ISO standards) and enforce infection control protocols.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average length of stay (ALOS), turnaround time (TAT), and resource costs.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Manage operational budgets, coordinate with external vendors along with internal departments (e.g., biomedical, engineering, housekeeping, security, transport), and ensure smooth hospital infrastructure functioning.
- Leadership & Training: Supervise and mentor department heads, lead change management, and foster a culture of staff accountability and continuous learning.
