Role & Responsibilities:

- The role also demands high ownership, sound judgement, operational discipline and the ability to balance legacy, values and trust with a modern growth-focused marketing approach.

- The person must be commercially oriented, able to connect marketing activity to business outcomes, and comfortable working across brand, digital marketing, lead generation, employer branding and team leadership.

- Experience in multi-location or complex service organisations will be valuable.

Preferred candidate profile:

- The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 18 years of experience in marketing, with meaningful leadership exposure and a strong preference for healthcare, hospitals, healthcare services or other high-trust service sectors.
