Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of an Inpatient (IP) & Outpatient (OP) unit

- Overseeing daily hospital operations

- Managing and enhancing client/patient services

- Supervising Facility, Security, and Housekeeping operations

- Handle P&L

- Quality initiatives

- Leading and nurturing multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

- Proven experience in independently managing or heading an IP & OP Unit

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Passion for healthcare excellence and team empowerment
