About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various functions within the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, industry knowledge, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through innovative branding initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements during the hiring process.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring progress and market trends.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with Full Time MBA.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
