Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the DSOR Enablement function, contributing to its strategic initiatives.
- Support DSOR initiatives by promoting data-driven solutions that enhance business processes.
- Provide support and assist in setting priorities for DSOR projects, ensuring effective execution from hypothesis to deliverable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Support the design of user-centric products that align with business goals, enhancing decision-making.
- Clearly communicate DSOR concepts to stakeholders, supporting alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Monitor project progress and support accountability for project milestones, contributing to impactful solutions.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of best practices for the DSOR discipline.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related discipline. [Advanced degree preferred. ]
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Three to four (3 - 4) years of experience in working with teams in analytics, data science, operations research, engineering or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and executing complex projects.
- Practitioner or practitioner-adjacent experience in analytics, data science, operations research, or a related fields inclusive of prototyping and rapid experimentation
