Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital & AI Lead to drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives and accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across business functions. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, process optimization, and digital innovation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technology expertise, data-driven decision-making, and change management capabilities to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation:

- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital technologies.

- Lead digital projects from concept to implementation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design technology-enabled solutions.

- Drive process digitization and automation initiatives.

AI Strategy & Implementation:

- Develop and implement AI and Generative AI use cases across functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Partner with IT, Data, and Business teams to deploy AI models and automation tools.

- Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and risk management.

- Monitor AI solution performance and drive continuous improvements.

Data & Analytics:

- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture.

- Work with data teams to leverage analytics, machine learning, and predictive insights.

- Define KPIs and measure business impact of digital and AI initiatives.

- Support dashboard development and reporting automation.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

- Engage senior leadership on digital innovation opportunities.

- Conduct awareness sessions and capability-building programs on AI and digital tools.

- Lead change management efforts to maximize adoption.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Innovation & Governance:

- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor practices.

- Establish governance frameworks for digital and AI initiatives.

- Manage vendor partnerships and technology evaluations.

- Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance in digital implementations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, or related field. Master's degree/MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Data Analytics, Technology Consulting, or related areas.
