Role Overview Design and implement advanced analytical initiatives through data analysis, ML model development, and insights to enable informed business decisions. Work with cross functional teams to examine structured and unstructured data to provide insights and develop high-quality solutions. Effectively shares best practices and fosters knowledge sharing across teams. Communicates effectively with global stakeholders, provides data driven insights and recommendations on complex problem statements. What youll be working on - Work cross-functionally to analyze Company and competitor air/surface network. Present insights to leadership with strong storytelling capability to drive insights out of data - Conduct statistical analysis and create predictive models based on historical data. Build and improve machine learning models used in production and manage existing models - Research and explore impacts of network changes to customer experience, operations, revenue. Work on developing relevant recommendations to aid decision making - Train junior team members in ensemble ML modeling, advanced statistical techniques, use of database tools and/or other approaches in quantitative analysis of complex business situations - Take ownership of problem statement, work actively with Lead and manager to design solution delivery - Research and implement best practices to improve the existing decision science infrastructure. Stay up to date on decision science developments that may affect our business going forward Skills Technical - Machine learning modelling in python (supervised and unsupervised) - Cloud technology (Azure/GCP/AWS) - SQL Functional - Business acumen - Problem solving - Insights generation/ data storytelling Behavioral - Business communication - Curiosity - Quick learner
