In this role, you'll act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and product development.

You will bring clarity to complexity and help define scalable, client-centric solutions.

Your key responsibilities as a Solutions Manager - Regulatory will include:

- Engaging with clients and internal teams to uncover challenges, goals, and gaps in understanding across regulatory or data-driven topics.

- Translating abstract or technical detail into clear, layperson-friendly messaging and solution concepts.

- Supporting the development of strategic narratives and thematic frameworks that guide client conversations and product positioning.

- Collaborating across commercial, product, marketing, and subject matter expert teams to ensure messaging consistency and clarity.

- Identifying repeatable challenges and shaping them into scalable themes or frameworks that inform new client-facing materials or offerings.

- Acting as a front-of-house product advocatebringing client needs into focus and helping shape how we build solutions (without needing to be a technical or regulatory expert).

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Solutions Manager - Regulatory:

- A strong consultative approach - able to ask the right questions, absorb information quickly, and articulate it clearly to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter (e.g., regulatory, financial, or data-driven topics) into understandable insights or solutions.

- Experience in financial services, consulting, communications, or similar roles where clear articulation of complex content was central to success.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across a range of audiencesfrom internal teams to external clients.
