FCC Domain Head - Compliance Technology

Job Description:

Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing technology Development & Management focused on building, deploying, and maintaining critical applications and platforms support. It also has established a state-of-the-art Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai, India, envisioned as a strategic and scalable platform to drive operational excellence, enterprise resilience, and innovation-led value creation for the global organization.

Skills:

CLM implementation, AML tools, Compliance technology, KYC, Name screening, Regulatory reporting, Fenergo, Net Reveal, Cloud Platforms, SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build the CLM and AML team within the Global Capability Centre.

- Lead implementation and rollout of the new CLM platform (Fenergo) and Name Screening system (NetReveal) to SMBCs APAC branches.

- Support APAC Domain Head in the end-to-end delivery of major compliance projects, including resource allocation and budget planning.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, confirm scope, estimate budget and timelines for project implementation.

- Drive the implementation of new compliance-related applications, including business analysis, systems analysis, technology solutions, design, development and testing.

- Oversee minor changes and enhancements to existing compliance platforms.

- Ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of systems.

- Monitor and maintain platform performance to ensure SLAs are met for availability, response time, and incident resolution.

- Support IT audits by providing documentation, evidence, and remediation plans.

- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to validate system resilience and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Address technology obsolescence by planning and executing platform upgrades, ensuring systems remain current and mitigating technology risk.

- Drive performance, capability and talent development, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to meet SLAs.

- Maintain strong controls and documentation for all changes.

- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Stay current with trends and technologies in platform engineering and management.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering fields.

- 12 - 18 years of proven experience CLM and AML tools and technologies.

- Excellent leadership and communication / presentation skills.

- Track record of delivering large scale technology projects spanning multiple jurisdictions.

- Strong background in compliance technology (e.g., KYC, AML, Name Screening, Regulatory Reporting).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Experience in Fenergo and / or NetReveal will be an advantage.
