The Impact Youll Drive
- Lead integrated media strategies across platforms, with a sharp eye on performance and ROI
- Own senior client relationships and translate business goals into scalable media solutions
- Guide planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale campaigns across industries
- Mentor mid-level managers and media executivesraising delivery standards across the board
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, data, and tech teams to build seamless, insight-driven campaigns
- Champion platform innovation, automation, and A/B testing frameworks
- Present results with confidenceturning metrics into clear, actionable business insights
What Youll Bring
- 9 - 12 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing (agency background preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360, etc.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, or creative automation
- Proven success in managing high-value accounts, scaling media performance, and leading teams
- Strong strategic and analytical thinkingyoure as comfortable in the data as you are in a pitch
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior clients
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
