The Impact You'll Drive:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Write compelling copy and visual briefs that power high-performing creatives
- Track campaign KPIs and budgets (up to - 10 Cr), ensuring efficient delivery and ROI
- Run A/B tests, interpret metrics, and share actionable insights to scale performance
- Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and new formats to keep campaigns competitive
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to ensure campaign alignment and innovation
What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media campaign management
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics dashboards
- Exposure to GenAI tools for planning, copy generation, or performance benchmarking
- Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and funnel optimization
- A balance of data smarts and creative thinking
- Great communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance challenges on the go
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
