The Impact Youll Drive

- Build trusted relationships with influencer agencies and creators for smoother, faster negotiations

- Manage daily cost negotiations for campaigns, ensuring we deliver maximum value to clients

- Maintain a cost intelligence database with benchmarks by platform, creator tier, and category

- Track and report on savings, efficiencies, and negotiation wins using advanced Excel tools

- Support bulk deals and long-term rate structures with agencies alongside your lead

- Collaborate with project managers and strategists to ensure recommendations are commercially feasible

What Youll Bring

- 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, media buying, or negotiations

- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial-first mindset

- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, benchmarking, and reporting

- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools for pricing research, workflow hacks, or prep

- Great relationship-building skills with both talent managers and internal teams

- Passion for the influencer ecosystemplatforms, creators, and culture

- Ability to multitask across campaigns and categories in a fast-paced environment
