Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Gurugram. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations abide by all relevant laws and regulations, developing compliance policies, conducting internal audits, and coordinating external audits. They will also provide guidance to employees on compliance matters and manage compliance training programs.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Master's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field

- Relevant certifications in Compliance Management are a plus

Other Parameters:

- 8+ years of service in HR related roles

- Last five years in Compliance roles especially dealing with Factories Act

- Experience in NCR/ Haryana preferred

- Should be ready to relocate to Gurgaon if not staying in NCR
