Location: On-site, South Delhi.
Experience: 5 - 7 years preferred (minimum 3 - 5 years in accelerator/incubator ecosystem).
Role Overview:
As the Associate Partner Program Manager for 1to10, you will lead the entire accelerator vertical end-to-end.
You will drive strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
This role requires someone deeply connected within the Indian startup ecosystem, experienced in running accelerators, and capable of building high-quality founder and investor pipelines.
You will work directly with senior leadership to scale the accelerator, strengthen partnerships, and ensure every cohort meets high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, Program Ownership & Cohort Execution:
- Own the strategic roadmap and execution of the 1to10 Accelerator across all cohorts.
- Design, refine, and scale the program structure including curriculum, engagement formats, and success frameworks.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end program delivery from startup selection to Demo Day and Kal Ke Krorepati integration.
- Drive continuous improvement based on founder feedback, industry trends, and ecosystem benchmarks.
Startup Selection & Founder Pipeline Management:
- Lead the entire evaluation and due diligence pipeline for early-revenue startups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, advisors, industry bodies, and ecosystem partners to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
- Oversee documentation, equity agreements, and onboarding processes.
Founder Success, Growth Tracking & Portfolio Support:
- Act as the strategic partner for all founders in the cohort driving roadmap clarity, milestone tracking, and intervention where required.
- Provide operational and strategic support across fundraising, GTM, product strategy, and growth metrics.
- Manage conflict resolution and ensure high engagement and success rates across the cohort.
Investment Relations, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Strengthen and expand relationships with early stage investors, angels, VCs, family offices, and syndicates.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, government bodies, accelerators, and ecosystem players.
- Ensure investor participation in Demo Day, Kal Ke Krorepati, and ongoing portfolio fundraising cycles.
Kal Ke Krorepati Program Integration:
- Ensure founders are pitch-ready and investor-ready for the TV show.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external production stakeholders.
- Manage rehearsal sessions, storyline preparation, pitch structure, and investment readiness.
Communications, Outreach & Community Building:
- Oversee marketing, communication, and outreach strategies to attract quality startups.
- Represent Favcy 1 to10 at ecosystem events, panels, workshops, and startup forums.
- Expand Favcys visibility and leadership within Indias accelerator landscape.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Lead and mentor the 1to10 team, ensuring clarity of ownership, performance, and execution.
- Establish SOPs, reporting structures, and internal dashboards for smooth operations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across investment, marketing, legal, product, and founder success teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in accelerator/incubator operations, VC, startup program management, or founder-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem, fundraising landscape, and early-stage founder challenges.
- Prior experience as a startup founder, early employee, or accelerator lead is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and run complex high-visibility programs.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high ownership and strategic thinking.
