Role Description:
- This full-time, on-site Team Leader - Telesales role is based in Mumbai.
- The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the telesales team to achieve sales targets, leading customer service efforts, and ensuring high-quality interactions with clients.
- Daily responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring team progress, providing actionable feedback, building strong customer relationships, and reporting on team performance to senior management.
- The role requires leadership skills and a results-driven approach to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain excellent rapport with clients.
- Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to drive performance and team motivation.
- Experience in Telesales and Sales with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a leadership role within sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
