Role Overview: This role will lead the design, execution, and optimization of collection strategies across early, mid, and late delinquency buckets. The candidate will use analytics, automation, and segmentation to drive recovery, reduce bounce and NPA, and improve partner performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design collection strategies tailored to product types, DPD buckets, and customer segments.

- Build a strategy layer for agency allocation, legal action, field ops, and tele-collections.

- Track performance KPIs Roll rates, Recovery %, Cost of Collection, and Agency ROI.

- Leverage analytics to define contact strategy frequency, mode (WhatsApp, IVR, FOS, etc.

- Work closely with tech/product teams to implement collection rule engines.

- Set up and enhance dashboards for real-time tracking of delinquency and flow-through.

- Evaluate and optimize BOT-based, IVR, and human collection journeys.

- Identify high-risk cohorts and design proactive collection campaigns.

Skills Required:

- Strong SQL + Excel; Python/R is a plus.

- Experience in CMS, dialer/IVR systems, and collection BOTs.

- Good grasp of lending KPIs DPD flows, vintage, net recovery, charge-offs.

- Analytical thinking and experience in building treatment strategies.

- Exposure to field collection and agency performance optimization.

- Strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Tech, Legal, and Risk.
