Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the Head of Production Support.

- The role involves managing and overseeing the production support team, ensuring high performing and reliable application functionality.

- You will address technical issues, resolve incidents, analyze system performance, and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.

- Proactive performance monitoring, incident management, and providing regular feedback and updates to stakeholders will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of Production Support, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Collaboration, and People Management.

- Proficiency in technical areas including Application Performance Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and System Optimization.

- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and communication skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in FinTech or payment systems is highly desirable.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a relevant masters degree or certifications in IT/Production Support is a plus.
