Role Description:

- We are seeking a full-time Business Head for our UPI Payments and Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) operations, based in Mumbai.

- In this on-site role, you will oversee day-to-day UPI and BBPS business traction, ensure customer acquisition and retention, manage business P&L and liaise with various internal and external teams for customer/product journeys, partnerships, compliance and marketing related requirements.

- Responsibilities include end to end ownership of the vertical and delivering targets set for growth.

- You will also be required to identifying growth opportunities, manage teams, analyzing market trends, managing key stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance platform efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Additionally, you will track performance metrics, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate with departments to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge and experience in UPI Payments and BBPS customer acquisition, retention, growth & operations.

- Skills in data analysis, market research, and strategy development to identify growth opportunities and trends.

- Stakeholder relationship management and collaboration with partners.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant financial tools and systems, with attention to compliance and regulatory standards.

- Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
