Job Summary: - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for the fashion brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. - Analyze market data to develop and implement effective business development strategies. - Negotiate contracts and agreements. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. - Develop marketing materials and presentations to support business development efforts. - Develop and execute business plans to achieve long-term growth objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing. Preferences: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. - A good understanding of the entire South Indian market - Sales potential - Women's Retail brand showrooms presence and therefore can help with our expansion. - Good proficiency in business Math, negotiations - so that you can access the rent to revenue calculation and help in getting good properties in key areas also keeping the rentals Vs Revenue in mind. - Possessing a good understanding of how the Mall management/ Mall leasing functions - so that in future can help with the expansion of Fashor in good Malls. - Good financial knowledge on the Franchise Margin calculation & good franchise networks - so that can help to identify good franchise and work on the ROI workings and create a Win-Win situation for the brand and Franchise of new stores to be launched. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the fashion industry. - Strong understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed.
