- Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation to launch - Design interaction models, workflows, user interfaces, and related assets for web and mobile applications - Leverage user analytics and data insights for design decisions, optimizing user journeys and addressing pain points based on quantitative findings - Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers and other business stakeholders - Conduct Usability Testing and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions - Deliver wireframes, prototypes, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios - Create style guides and supporting graphics for existing and new products - Define scalable processes for the team to follow resulting in gains in efficient deliver, better communication and feedback cycles - Drive the design team and mentor other designers in the team. - Deep empathy for users. - Understand, preach and follow user centered design - Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web - Ability to research and understand users, their personas and their context. - Working knowledge of UX research both qualitative and quantitative - Proficiency in structuring and organizing complex information and content, ensuring intuitive navigation and content discovery for users. - Having prior experience in integrating significant gamification elements into product design is a plus. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in design with relevant experience of 5+ years - 1-2 years of experience required in leading a design team. - An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience - Should have good understanding of colors, typography and illustrations - Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Figma or other similar softwares - Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
