Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Experience: - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or food processing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in setting up and commissioning a manufacturing plant. Technical Expertise: - In-depth knowledge of dry fruit processing, sorting, grading, and packing equipment. - Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000). - Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is preferred. - Machine Learning & artificial intelligence applications for decision making is a plus.
