Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to drive growth across Quick Commerce & Ecom Platforms. The role will focus on building scalable marketing strategies to improve ROAS, expanding new product categories, and leading the execution team to deliver revenue growth.
The candidate will own the end-to-end performance strategy, execution oversight, and campaign monitoring across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on maximizing ROAS and profitable growth.
- Identify and build new product categories and growth opportunities across Quick Commerce and marketplace channels.
- Define campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets.
Quick Commerce Growth (Primary Focus)
- Lead growth initiatives across:
- Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, FK Minutes
- Optimize sponsored listings, platform ads, and promotional placements.
- Improve product discoverability, category ranking, and sales velocity.
Ecommerce Marketplace Performance
- Drive advertising and growth initiatives on:
- Flipkart, Meesho and others
- Optimize Platforms Ads, product listings, keyword strategy, and promotions.
- Plan sales acceleration during events such as:
- Flipkart Big Billion Days, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Navratras etc.
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team responsible for campaign execution.
- Oversee implementation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns.
- Establish performance tracking systems and review cadence for campaigns.
Performance Analytics & Monitoring
- Track and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as gobble cubes or platform dashboard.
- Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Marketplace Performance Marketing or E-commerce Growth
- Strong experience with Quick Commerce platforms
- Hands-on expertise managing Amazon, Flipkart marketplace advertising and growth
- Proven experience in building performance strategies and scaling categories
- Experience leading teams and managing execution workflows
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Success Metrics:
- ROAS improvement across campaigns
- Revenue growth on Quick Commerce platforms
- Sales growth on Ecommerce platforms
- Successful launch and scaling of new product categories
