The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the brands digital growth by planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.
The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, enhancing customer consideration, and delivering high-conversion results through data-driven strategies.

Brand Awareness :
- Drive brand visibility through Farmina Blue Weeks and other key campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads via Google and Meta platforms.
- Execute and optimise lead-generation campaigns through Amazon DSP.
Brand Consideration :
- Improve Product Glance Views (PGV) on Amazon to increase product discovery and interest.
- Enhance Click-Through Rates (CTR) across Google and Meta campaigns to strengthen engagement.
- Lead product ranking improvement initiatives for key SKUs
Brand Conversion :
- Achieve monthly performance marketing targets across channels.
- Drive new customer acquisition and retain repeat customers on Amazon through optimized performance strategies.
Budget Management :
- Ensure strict adherence to allocated budgets, maintaining cost-efficiency and ROI across all marketing activities
