Position Title: Financial Analyst

Job Purpose/Mandate:

A brief summary of the overall purpose of the role within the organization:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and updating company accounts in compliance with accounting standards and\ organizational policies.

- The role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing receivables through effective tracking and reconciliation, and handling GST and TDS calculations with timely submissions. The incumbent will oversee vendor and employee payments, resolve accounting-related issues, and maintain systematic filing for compliance purposes.

- Additionally, this position will play a key role in audit preparedness by providing accurate records and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate will also ensure strict adherence to finance calendars, timely reporting, and effective follow-up on all accounting and financial deadlines

Specific duties and responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update accounts in compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

2. Ensure accuracy and sanity of accounting records as per statutory requirements.

3. Manage receivables effectively, including tracking, follow-ups, and reconciliation.

4. Handle GST and TDS calculations, deductions, and reconciliations in a timely manner.

5. Ensure timely processing of vendor and employee payments.

6. Identify, resolve, and escalate accounting/finance-related issues as needed.

7. Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.

8. Prepare and support internal/external audits with accurate records and data.

9. Adhere to finance calendars, ensure timely reporting, and follow up on deadlines.

Knowledge and skills:

Minimum education and/or experience required:

1. Master's degree in Commerce or a related field

2. Proficiency in English and Hindi

3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
