Growth Marketing Manager
- Own end-to-end growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and run A/B experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize user journeys
- Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and messaging for different user segments
- Manage marketing automation tools and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, CRM)
- Track and report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI)
- Identify and test new growth channels and partnerships
- 0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.)
- Basic understanding of product funnels and user behavior analytics
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in fast-paced environments
