Role Overview:

As the Operations & Supply Chain Lead, you will serve as the backbone of our logistics network, overseeing the end-to-end movement of inventory from procurement to final delivery. You will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure that our operational workflows are efficient, cost-effective, and scalable. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction by reducing lead times and ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment, ultimately driving the operational excellence that defines our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage optimization, and dispatch processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Oversee the performance of logistics partners and third-party vendors to maintain service level agreements and optimize shipping costs.

- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across the supply chain to minimize errors and improve overall throughput.

- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and forecast demand, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.

- Lead and mentor on-ground teams to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability within the warehouse environment.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new product lines and scale operational capacity in line with business expansion.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex warehouse operations and supply chain logistics with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics and translate them into actionable business strategies.

- Proven capacity to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring high levels of operational discipline.

- Excellent communication skills to negotiate with vendors and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments.

- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and inventory tracking systems to maintain data integrity.

- A minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.

- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field, combined with the ability to work effectively in an on-site setup in Surat.
