Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Head to lead and manage large-scale banqueting and outdoor catering operations. The role requires strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee end-to-end Food & Beverage operations for banquets and outdoor catering events.

- Plan, execute, and manage large-scale events, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.

- Manage cost controls, budgeting, food costing, and P&L performance.

- Lead, train, and motivate operations, service, and kitchen teams.

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure flawless execution.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory control.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Drive innovation in menus, service styles, and event execution.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- 5-8 years of experience in Banqueting / Outdoor Catering / Large Event Operations.

- Proven experience in handling high-volume, premium events.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of food costing, operations planning, and logistics.

- Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
