Key Responsibilities:


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Strategic HR Partnership:


- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies aligned with business objectives.


- Partner with managers to provide counsel on people related matters including communications, performance management issues, and career development conversations.


- Participate in business reviews and provide HR insights for workforce optimization, retention, and succession planning.


- Support organizational change management initiatives and business restructuring when required.


Talent Management & Development:


- Drive performance management processes include goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.


- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support career development initiatives.


- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.


Employee Engagement & Culture:


- Foster a high-performance culture through engagement programs, feedback sessions, and recognition initiatives.


- Drive employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.


- Act as a culture ambassador to promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.


Employee Relations & Compliance:


- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.


- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.


- Partner with legal and compliance teams to handle employment issues.


HR Operations & Analytics:


- Collaborate with HR shared services for payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration.


- Use HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.


Qualifications & Experience:


- BBA, BCom, BS or BA in HR or related field from a reputed institute.


- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.


- 10 years of HR experience, preferably with 34 years as an HRBP in a software development or similar technology company.


- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.


- Experience in a matrix or global organization is a plus.
