Famyshine - Innovation Head - Marketing - New Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Innovation:

- Identify deep consumer needs, market whitespace and emerging trends through a combination of data, research and market intelligence.

- Translate consumer insights into differentiated product propositions and innovation platforms with a clear right to win.

- Shape and drive the innovation pipeline from opportunity identification and concept development through launch and scale.

2. Brand & Category Building:

- Define Ghar Soaps brand proposition, positioning and communication strategy.

- Build differentiated categories and products that create meaningful consumer preference.

- Drive growth through new customers, increased penetration and expansion into adjacent categories.

3. Commercial & Strategic Leadership:

- Partner with the Co-Founder to shape the overall growth strategy, brand vision and long-term business priorities.

- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across consumers, categories, products, channels and markets to build the next phase of the business.

- Translate consumer, market and competitive insights into clear strategic priorities and a differentiated growth agenda for the brand.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 12-15 years of experience across D2C, skincare, beauty, personal care or FMCG, with strong exposure to consumer-led innovation and product launches.

- Strong understanding of D2C, digital acquisition, omnichannel growth and customer lifecycle management.

- Entrepreneurial, data-driven and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, promoter-led environment and take end-to-end ownership.

- A hands-on roll-up-your-sleeves leader, rather than a purely strategic or corporate marketing professional.
